Ellen,
I have been avoiding this book. Not because I disagree with what I have understood to be it’s premise, but because I ass-umed it was just another read on syncretism. But now…because of you, I’ll read it.

“We can either stay with the Christianity that we have mastered with the Jesus we have domesticated, or we can leave Christianity as a destination, embrace Christianity as a way of life, and then journey to reality, where God is present and living in every person, every human community, and all creation.” Sounds like the Kingdom to me. And, to me as well.
